Reon studies Political Economics at Waseda University. He fostered an interest in the E- Government developed country Estonia through the Futuristic Financial Creation Course at Tokyo University. He attended a tour to Estonia from Japan as an interpreter and participated in interviews. He was raised in a multi-cultural family with a Dutch father and Japanese mother which became a solid ground for him to speak Japanese, Dutch, English, and French. He won the best student award at Stanford e-Japan and the KJ Business Contest in 2017. He founded the future entrepreneur community Potentialist with the aspiration “to create a field where students with the potential to stimulate innovation can actively take part in the process.” Soon after he renamed the community to Potentialist Global and expanded abroad including Korea and the United States. He is currently the representative of Potentialist.

Tomoaki is completing his 2nd year at the Waseda University Department of Political Science and Economics. He was enthusiastically involved in baseball during his high school years and selected for the city team. He began questioning the existing monetary system while studying the American economy during his first year at university and encountered bitcoin and blockchain technology for the first time. He is currently setting up BITBEARS for the Waseda University Blockchain Research & Development Organization and conducting study sessions to disseminate information on blockchains and improve learning environments.

Alex is 25-year-old living in Estonia. He took up residence in Estonia in May 2018 after traveling around the world in 2016 and working at the foreign consulting firm EY. He launched the startup company e-holic OÜ. He writes startup reports and develops consulting businesses for Japanese companies planning to enter the local area. He also works for Veriff, a provider of online identity verification services.
