MANAGER, KOREA OPERATIONS
Ahn studies at Underwood International College of Yonsei University. She has completed her internship at MWTV Immigrant Broadcast and does voluntary work at Seoul City Tourism Association. She has also passed Korean History Exam Level 1 and won the first prize at both the nationwide debate competition and citywide essay contest. Her excelling linguistic abilities in Korean, English, and Japanese widen the spectrum of her skill sets. She is currently the manager of Korea Operations, establishing a competitive edge of Potentialist in Korea with the right branding foothold.
MANAGER, USA OPERATIONS
Kingshuk is a founder of the Peascon organization, a think tank, that directly works with the New York Academy of Sciences and the Global STEM Alliance. Peascon is currently partnered with Potentialist. Kingshuk is a third-year student studying electrical engineering and physics with a concentration of project management and business at the University of Texas Dallas Campus. Following his gap year, where he researched at MIT and Harvard and tutored SAT English and math in Belgium, Romania, and the U.S., he was admitted to the top universities in the U.S. and the UK, which inspired him to start a college counseling business with Reon. He is able to communicate in about eight languages, with varying proficiency in each one. Kingshuk is a manager of the USA team.
BUSINESS ANALYST, USA OPERATIONS
Muntasir is a part of the Junior Academy, a program hosted through the New York Academy of Sciences, and continues to work with them under Peascon with Kingshuk. He spends his time as a project manager of at Peascon. He is a second-year student also studying electrical engineering at the University of Texas Dallas Campus. During his gap year, he tutored SAT English and math in Belgium, Romania, and the U.S. He speaks English, French, and Bangla. Muntasir is member of Potentialist USA team.
BUSINESS ANALYST, USA OPERATIONS
Priyana studies at The Academy High School, a engineering and project-based sciences school in Plano, Texas. She has a fascination with science thanks to her mother who is an IBM Database Analyst. She speaks English, Bengali, and French. She’s lived in New York, Michigan, Colorado, Bangladesh, and Texas. Priyana is a member of Potentialist USA team as well as a manager at Peascon.
MANAGER, KAZAKHSTAN OPERATIONS
Adel graduated Almaty International School with an Academic Diploma with Honors and an AP Capstone Diploma. In high school, she was the Editor in Chief of the Yearbook club, as well as an officer in student council and National Honor Society. She is accustomed to a diverse community through her experience in an international school and global involvement in debate. Currently she is studying Global Media and Communications at the University of Sussex. Adel is a member of the Kazakhstan Potentialist Team.
Costa Rica Operations
MANAGER, COSTA RICA OPERATIONS
Roka has been a part of Potentialist since its first operation in Tokyo, when she was working as an assistant of its Tokyo team. Now, Roka is based in Costa Rica as Event Manager of Potentialist Costa Rica. She is also a senior at the United World College where she’s been gaining insights into tourism industry of her country’s of beautiful nature while studying with students from over 70 countries. She’s currently learning about entrepreneurship with her local mentor as she intends to start her own business after graduating from university. Roka was also a committee member of Arlixmeet Japan where she met Reon and started working with him.
Global Youth Perspectives
PROJECT MANAGER, GYP PROJECT
Evan is a freshman at Indiana University as a Direct Admit Scholar to the School of Global and International Studies (SGIS). He is currently double-majoring in East Asian Languages and Cultures (with a concentration in Japanese) and cross-cultural business management. His research interests focus on U.S.-Japan relations, cross-cultural management, and language acquisition. Evan fell in love with U.S.-Japan relations through Stanford University's Reischauer Scholars Program where he was one of three award winners. It was at the award ceremony, held at Stanford University, where he met Reon. Evan is the manager of Potentialist’s Global Youth Prospective (GYP) project.
